Centre might investigate the effect of ‘invisible hand’ in Lok Sabha elections

Jaipur: During the Lok Sabha elections, Microsoft had issued a warning about China’s possible plan to interfere in the upcoming elections in America, South Korea and India. The threat intelligence team of this American tech company had estimated that China-backed cyber groups would target India’s elections. After this statement by Microsoft, many IT companies of India also estimated that the election war on social media is fierce and aggressive. Sources are revealing that now the central government can take steps to investigate foreign interference through social media because similar inputs were being continuously given by BJP’s social media wing.
