BJP PREPS IN FULL SWING OVER PM MODI’S VISIT
Rajsamand: A meeting of senior BJP leaders was held in Rajsamand on Saturday ahead of the scheduled visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on May 10. State BJP President CP Joshi took a meeting of party leaders at the Rajsamand district BJP office and gave them responsibilities for the PM’s visit.
In this meeting, MP Diya Kumari, Divisional In-Charge Hemraj Meena, Rajsamand MLA Deepti Maheshwari and other BJP leaders, office bearers and workers were also present. As per the schedule, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will offer prayers at Lord Shri Nath Ji Temple and later lay the foundation stone and inaugurate various developments at the Damodarlal Stadium in Nathdwara. From Nathdwara, the PM will leave for Abu Road where he is scheduled to address a huge public meeting and then visit Brahma Kumaris.
During his visit, PM Modi will deliver a message to voters in Karnataka, which votes on the same day. The BJP will also begin aggressive campaigning for the Rajasthan assembly elections on May 10, starting from Sirohi.
Rajasthan is going to polls later this year and the BJP’s focus currently is on strengthening its hold on the already strong seats in the area, with the weaker seats to follow.
