Bidyad Sarpanch Shravan Kumar Bugalia explained that on Monday evening at 6 o'clock, Rajuram (22), son of Babulal, Chunnilal (24), son of Navratanmal, and Kishanaram (30), son of Nandaram, all residents of Kishangarh (Mangalana), went to see a Fair. They were returning on a bike from Hanumangarh-Kishangarh highway during the night. While returning, they stopped at a hotel in Ranasar to have dinner.
