Banerjee appointed as State’s new HoFF
Jaipur: First India’s news has once again been confirmed. 1991 batch Rajasthan cadre IFS Arijit Banerjee, one of the senior officers of the Indian Forest Service, has been promoted as Head of Forest Force (HoFF). Banerjee can remain on this post till October 2026. After the meeting of the screening committee chaired by Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant and approval of its recommendations at the higher level, orders were finally issued for the appointment of Banerjee to the post of HoFF. These orders will come into effect after Munish’s retirement on May 31. Presently Banerjee is working as Principal Chief Conservator of Forest Administration, Project Director RFBP II.
