Arora’s gesture again! Rs 1 for RCA Prez polls

Jaipur: Elections for the post of RCA President will be held on April 8. Currently Dhananjay Singh Khimsar from Nagaur cricket association and son of health minister Gajendra Singh Khimsar is acting president of sports body. Now, through elections, he may be elected as the President of RCA.

Sunil Arora will be the election officer for this while TR Meena will be Assistant Election Officer. Arora is the former CEC of the country and will be accepting just a token sum of Rs 1 for completing poll process of RCA Prez. In 2022 also, he had politely declined to take any fees or honorarium and had insisted on token amount of only Rs 1. The schedule of poll has been released & BJP leader Parakram Singh’s name is not in the list.
