Arora undertakes a ‘whirlwind’ tour and inspects ongoing projects!

RHB Commissioner inspects Coaching Hub, City Park, and AIS Residency Scheme; gave instructions for proper maintenance of allotted houses for MLAs; checks on the Tibetan Trade Union, which greets the Commissioner on the New Year by presenting a painting of Buddha!

Jaipur: On Friday, Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) Commissioner Pawan Arora closely inspected the under-construction Coaching hub and AIS Residency at Pratap Nagar, Jaipur and the City Park and Fountain Square projects under construction in Mansarovar.

Along with this, he took stock of the arrangements at Jaipur Chowpatties and Shri Jhulelal Tibetan Market.

Arora reached Jaipur Chowpatty, Pratap Nagar in the morning for a surprise inspection, wherein, he took stock of the arrangements, inspected the facilities available and checked the food quality while issuing necessary guidelines. Along with this, he also inspected the extension work of Pratap Enclave.

Commissioner Arora then reached Pratap Nagar to inspect the country’s first coaching hub, which is under construction. He checked the quality of construction work and directedfor the timely completion of the project.

He also saw a presentation about the security arrangements. Along with this, he talked about the timely disposal of commercial showrooms under construction outside the coaching hub.

After this, Arora reached Pratap Nagar to inspect the underconstruction AIS Residency Project.

He closely supervised the entire project after which instructions were given to make minor changes in its design along with instructions to speed up the ongoing construction work.

The Commissioner then went to see the houses allotted for the MLAs.

He took stock of all the arrangements including cleanliness, parking, security arrangements in the entire project. The officers were instructed to conduct regular monitoring of these houses.

Commissioner Arora, during his marathon tour, reached Shri Jhulelal market in the afternoon to inspect Tibetan Market at Mansarovar where he took feedback from the shopkeepers.

During this time, the traders led by Tibetan Trade Association President Lhamoalso felicitated the Commissioner by presenting him a painting of Lord Buddha.

Traders said that for the first time in the country in any state, they have been able to get a systematic market because of RHB.

Thereafter, Arora inspected the City Park and Fountain Square constructed at Mansarovar.

He expressed satisfaction over the ongoing works in City Park and issued directions to complete the work on time.
