“I have seen three officers like this in my tenure so far who gave a new direction to urban development. Today it feels sad to leave Pawan ji as has given many projects out of the box that will be remembered for a long time. Pawan ji’s departure is a matter of great sadness for me. The work that he is going to handle, I am sure there he will do a better job than his elder brother and will take it to great heights,” Dhariwal said, further adding, “You will never see such an officer.
