Another RTO office in Jpr to start by month end

Jaipur: Soon, two RTO offices will be operational in Jaipur in November. The Transport Department has started preparations for the operation of the new offices. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had announced plans to start another RTO office in Jaipur. A total of 96 officers and employees will work in the second RTO office starting in Jaipur. Transport Minister Brijendra Ola has approved the area determined by the committee for the new RTO office. Kotputli Shahpura and Chomu DTO have been included in the new RTO office of Jaipur. Besides, 15 police stations have also been included in the new RTO. Dudu DTO and Chaksu Sub Transport Office have been included in the existing RTO of Jaipur. Seven flying squads from the present RTO have been closed. Five flying squads from Shahjahanpur and Ratanpur checkposts have been shifted to the new RTO office in Jaipur. The code of the new RTO office is RJ59.
