ACB lodges 267 cases against govt officials

Jaipur: Record-breaking actions have been taken by ACB Rajasthan in the first 6 months of 2022, which is the highest action of this period so far. So far this year, 267 cases have been registered under the PC Act, including 252 traps, 9 cases of disproportionate assets and 6 cases of misappropriation of posts. In the year 2020, 104 cases were registered during the same period and in the year 2021, 236 cases were registered during the same period. Public awareness campaign was conducted by ACB in all municipalities including district and sub-division headquarters, panchayat samiti headquarters, in which an appeal was made to the general public to get corrupt public servants nabbed, and helpline 1064 and WhatsApp helpline no.
