ACB insists on evidence-based strong cases
Jaipur: The Anti-Corruption Bureau has tightened its noose around corruption in the state. In this regard, a review meeting of the state units was held on Tuesday at ACB headquarters at Jhalana. ACB DG BL Soni and ADG Dinesh MN had a one-to-one conversation with all the outpost incharges.
BL Soni and Dinesh MN asked all the officers to make case documentation strong and based on evidence so that the case can be kept firmly in the court. They also advised to send prosecution sanction requests in traps related to central service employees to the Government of India as well as to the CVC, so that the sanction is received soon.
“We have to take full care of the evidence while presenting the chargesheet so that there is no scope for any lapse,” Soni said.
