ACB files case against Divya over Rs 1 cr bribe

Jaipur: ACB has registered another case against suspended Additional SP Divya Mittal for taking a bribe of Rs 1 crore. Earlier, ACB had arrested Mittal for demanding a bribe of Rs 2 crore from the owner of a pharmaceutical company. During the investigation, the ACB found evidence against Mittal in another case of taking a bribe of Rs 1 crore.

On the basis of the FSL report, the ACB registered a case against Mittal and pharmaceutical firm owner Sanjay Nandwani who gave bribes. Now, the ACB will interrogate Mittal.

The SOG had arrested Nandwani on charges of supplying drugs. There were 3 cases registered against Sunil (Sanjay’s brother. The investigation was handled by Mittal.
