ACB action: Upset RAS Association submits memo to CS and ACS Home

Jaipur: There is fear and displeasure among the administrative officers regarding the back to back action of ACB over the past several months. The episode of taking Dr Bhagchand Badhal, Additional Director in SIPF for questioning by ACB to ICDS yesterday, has gained momentum. Opening a front against this action of ACB, the RAS Association gave a memorandum to CS Usha Sharma and talked to ACS Abhay Kumar. Association officials complained that RAS officer Bhagchand Badhal was taken for questioning by the ACB without any notice or summons, which in no way came under the purview of statutory or rules.

Meanwhile, ACB ADG Dinesh MN and DIG Sawai Singh apologisd in front of CS on the Badhal case.
