A fresh ‘tug of war’ between CM Gehlot and Sachin Pilot camps over Rahul Yatra route !

Jaipur: Ahead of Rahul Gandhi's ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra,’ political tussle has intensified within the Rajasthan Congress. The Sachin Pilot camp has objected to the question of changing the route of Rahul Gandhi's Yatra. On the other hand, the Pradesh Congress Committee is engaged in making Rahul Gandhi's Padyatra glorious and historic. The task force formed for the Yatra had talked about changing the route chart passing through forest area. This is the reason why the route chart has not been finalised yet. The 'Warlords' of the Gehlot camp are busy making the Yatra, a success. Rajasthan is fast becoming a challenge for Rahul Gandhi. Ajay Maken's relinquishment from the post of State in-charge has heated up the politics. On the other hand, leaders associated with Sachin Pilot camp say that there shouldn’t be any change in route chart of RaGa's ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ passing through Rajasthan. State Congress Bharat Jodo Control Room team member and Ashok Gehlot's confidant Mumtaz Masih said that Rahul Gandhi's Padyatra in Rajasthan will be spectacular as there is great enthusiasm among Congress workers, and its route chart is being decided.

Internal politics is coming to the fore on the question of changing the route chart of Rahul Gandhi's upcoming visit to Rajasthan, the leader of the Gehlot group is advocating a change in the travel route due to the forest area, while the Pilot camp does not agree with the arguments of changing the route. Rahul Gandhi's Padyatra in Rajasthan is proposed from December 3. Rajasthan's PCC Chief Govind Singh Dotasara, Ministers Ramlal Jat, Pramod Jain Bhaya, RTDC Chairman Dharmendra Rathore and Sandeep Chaudhary had gone to Maharashtra to discuss the route chart with Rahul's team. Talks have been conducted and now, RaGa’s team has to take final decision on the final route of the Yatra. All said and done, one thing is sure that the internal discord has arisen in the Rajasthan Congress, which is not going to stop soon.
