Jaipur: JDA undertook a successful mass campaign, clearing 125 encroachments spanning from Jaipuria Hospital to Jai Jawan Marg via S.L. Marg to Durgapura Railway Flyover. In a threeday effort, 575 illegal structures were removed to ensure smooth traffic flow. JDA Commissioner Manju Rajpal highlighted initiative aimed at reclaiming roads obstructed by tencroachments like platforms, stairs, & stalls.
Directed by Chief Controller Enforcement Mahendra Kumar Sharma, the operation involved coordination across Zone-04, Zone01, and Zone-03, deploying JCBs and laborers. The ongoing enforcement, bolstered by police support, aims to maintain public access and safety in Jaipur city.
