5 of fake degree gang arrested after probing Bhupendra Saran

Jaipur: With the arrest of five people, the Karni Vihar Thana on Wednesday claimed to have busted a fake degree racket. Police informed the accused are involved in creating fabricated documents of various education colleges and universities.

“The accused have been identified as Ashok Vijay, Kailash Sisodiya, Ajay Bhardwaj, Pramod Singh, LC Nagar. The prime accused, Ashok Vijay, has been involved in making fake degrees for the last 15 years. More than 4,000 fake degrees, mark sheets, certificates of diplomas, migration, 64 pieces, stamps, holograms, and two numbering machines were recovered from their possession,” police said.

“During interrogation from Bhupendra Saran, prime accused in the second-grade paper leak, it was revealed that Ashok Vijay and his gang were involved in making fake educational documents,” police added.
