4-storey Building demolished near Gopalpura Bypass, quick action by JDA

Jaipur: After demolishing the building of Adhigam Coaching in Jaipur, Jaipur Development Authority also demolished the four-storey building near the coaching institute on Friday. JDA successfully demolished a part of building within 30 minutes of starting the action at 7 AM.

After demolishing this building, all the other coaching institutes that have been established near Gopalpura bypass are apprehensive and fearful of being taken under the wing of JDA. Most of the building on this road are illegal and made without the permission of JDA.

Raghuvir Saini, Chief of Enforcement wing said that this building is built on plot number 34 on sukhvihar yojana on Gopalpura bypass, Gurjar Ki Thadi. This 296 yards residential plot which was constructed for commercial use without the permission of JDA. Apart from basement, this building has 5 floors which were on court stay for sometime now.edited 06:11 PM
