35-year-old woman gang-raped by 5 men near Jaipur railway station

Jaipur:  A 35-year-old woman was gang-raped near Jaipur railway station by 5 men on Wednesday night. Police informed that the victim and her husband had come to the railway station to board a train when the incident took place. “The woman came out of the station to take food for her husband, while he waited at the station.

Incidentally, she met five men from whom she inquired about a restaurant. On the pretext of taking her to a restaurant, the miscreants took the victim towards railway yard and gang-raped her,” police said. “The victim shouted for help, but nobody came to her rescue.

Later, GRP police station filed an FIR against the accused,” police added. The medical examination of the victim was performed on Thursday while the FSL team took samples from the spot. “We are looking for CCTV footage in and around Jaipur Railway Station to nab the accused,” police informed
