313 vehicle thieves arrested under ‘Gangster Clean Bold’

Jaipur: On behalf of the Jaipur Police, a campaign is being run by the Commissionerate Police against terrorism and criminal activities. Jaipur police started an operation from 5 am on Monday. Police teams raided the hideouts of 919 vehicle thieves in Jaipur district. The search operation was carried out under the ‘Gangster Clean Bold’ campaign. Police teams raided the hideouts of vehicle thieves and nabbed the miscreants.

Police Commissioner Anand Srivastava said that 919 vehicle thieves were identified by the Jaipur Police and hideouts of these criminals were busted. The police team of CST, DST and police station jointly conducted the operation and held 313 criminals. Of these, 240 criminals were arrested under Section 151. Apart from this, police have seized eight vehicles. The criminals are being interrogated.
