3 flight services to Amritsar and Goa begin this month
Jaipur: Flight operations at Jaipur International Airport are set to increase with 3 new flights this month. The airlines have taken approval from the DGCA for the operation of these flights.
As the tourist season is at its peak, 15,000 passengers on average travel daily from Jaipur airport and 60 flights operate daily. SpiceJet and GoFirst airlines will start flight operations from Jaipur to Amritsar and Goa.
SpiceJet airline will start flights from Jaipur to Amritsar on January 20. In March, it is expected that 65 flights will operate daily from the airport. Flight operations to Kolkata may also increase. Currently, only 3 flights run regularly for Kolkata. SpiceJet operated for 4 days from January 10 to 13 on an experimental basis.
