3 accused caught, 2 shot in legs while trying to escape
Jaipur: Jaiprakash, Sandeep and Rishabh, the miscreants who fired at G-Club, were arrested by the Jaipur Commissionerate Police and brought here late on Monday night. Meanwhile, the miscreants tried to escape near the Kho Nagoriyan police station area but got injured in the firing. All the three injured miscreants have been shifted to the trauma ward of SMS Hospital, Jaipur. Security has been stepped up with additional force. According to sources, the CST team of Jaipur Commissionerate was bringing the three miscreants to Jaipur, when they tried to run away by snatching the pistols of the policemen sitting in the jeep. The miscreants fired at police and got injured in their legs in cross firing by the police.
After the arrest of these miscreants, the Jaipur Commissionerate Police will bring gangster Lawrence Bishnoi on remand. Miscreant Pradeep fractured his leg and is admitted in the ICU. The other two have been shifted to the general ward. In-charge of Trauma Centre, Anurag Dhakad said, “Pradeep’s condition is serious. Bullets from the legs of the other two have been removed.” Additional Commissioner Ajaypal Lamba said that the miscreants were being brought from UP to Jaipur.
