Jaipur: Rajasthan is set to add another feather to its cap by hosting the 25th International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards in Jaipur, which is 18th largest tourist destination in country and the world. The award will be held on March 7, 8, and 9 at JECC Sitapura & MoU for event was signed by IIFA VP Suresh Iyer and Rajasthan Tourism Commissioner VP Singh in presence of Dy CM Diya Kumari at Albert Hall on Sunday. State govt will contribute Rs 50 cr, RIICO Rs 20 cr and tourism dept Rs 30 cr. However, this expenditure has sparked concerns, as previous Rajasthan Day events didnít receive such funding.
