25-year-old girl raped & killed by poisoning, boyfriend booked

Jaipur: A 25-year-old girl was allegedly murdered after being raped, blackmailed and poisoned by her boyfriend in Sindhi Camp on October 6. Police informed the accused boyfriend too consumed poison and is presently admitted in a hospital. “The accused has been identified as 25-year-old, had filmed obscene videos of the victim and used to make physical relations by blackmailing her. On October 6, the victim and accused had gone to a hotel in Sindhi Camp area. The girl was admitted to the hospital after she was poisoned by accused. However, she died during treatment on October 8,” police said. “Accused too consumed poison & is in critical condition. An FIR has been filed by the girl’s father at Sindhi Camp Police Station. The accused has been booked for rape and murder and the case is being investigated,” police added during a media interaction.
