2 youth killed over minor issue; jilted lover kills girl and brother

Jaipur: In a broad daylight murder in Jaipur city, four youths killed two others over a minor altercation. The injured were brought to the SMS Hospital where they died during treatment. The accused are absconding.

The incident happened in Lamba Park under the Galtagate police station area. On Wednesday evening, a teenager named Ayan was swinging on a swing when Aamir (25), who operated the swing, came and asked for money. When Ayan did not give the money, he pushed him. Ayan narrated this to his friends. Soon, Zubair, Tofiq, Tosif and Danish reached the park. Police said that two of them had knives and stabbed Amir on the thigh and abdomen. Aamir fell unconscious. Meanwhile, Aamir’s friend Amen (23) also reached there. When he intervened to save him, the accused attacked him in his stomach and back.

The four then fled the spot. People present in the park took both of them to the hospital.

In another incident, a jilted lover stabbed a minor girl and her brother to death in Hasanpura area of Jaipur and later surrendered before the police on Thursday.

The accused Gulshan (32) went to the house of Poonam (16) early morning and had an altercation with her. He hit her with a knife. Hearing cries, her brother Sonu (19) came to her rescue but the accused also stabbed him, police said.
