18 hectares of road projects on hold pending wildlife clearance

Jaipur: Ten crucial road projects, covering 18.136 hectares, are currently on hold, pending approvals from chief wildlife warden. These projects remain stalled due to the absence of permission from the Chief Wildlife Warden. Once the required approvals are secured, the Public Works Department (PWD) will move forward with their execution.

The projects include construction of Road from Roteda to Mandawar, bridge development on Sawai Madhopur-Shyopur NH-552, road development from Neemla to Dagota in Jaipur district, road construction from Mandaliya to Mandigarh, 29 km road construction from Shangarh to Sam via Khudi in Desert National Park, high-level bridge construction on Kishanpuriya-Durgapura-Gagron road, road repair work near Jamwaramgarh dam on NH48 among others.
