13-year-old booked for raping 5-year-old neighbour

Jaipur: A 13-year-old boy has been booked for raping 5-year-old neighbour girl. The accused caught the girl playing alone in her own house. Seeing her scared for two days, the mother asked her at which she she told about the boy’s wrongdoing.

The victim’s mother lodged a report on Sunday under the POCSO Act at Pratap Nagar police station. Police got the victim’s medical done. ACP (Sanganer) Ram Niwas Bishnoi is investigating matter.

SHO Bhajanlal said in her complaint, victim’s mother said that due to being neighbours, both the families visit each other’s house.

On Friday, her daughter went to neighbour’s house while playing. Finding her playing alone in the house, the accused caught her.

Seeing the family members engaged in work, the accused picked up the girl and took her to the room and raped.
