100 notified wetlands in State soon: Hemaram

Jaipur: Minister of Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department Hemaram Choudhary said that the state government is determined to control pollution along with environment protection in the state. The State Wetland Authority is working with commitment for conservation and promotion of all wetlands located in the state. In this sequence, CM Ashok Gehlot has made a provision of Rs 9 crore in this budget for the conservation and development of wetlands.

The Minister was addressing the workshop to develop the roadmap and action plan for Sambhar Lake at Hotel Marriott, Tonk Road on Friday.
