10 cr tourists expected to visit Raj in next 6 months

Jaipur: The Rajasthan govt will promote Rajasthan tourism in dozens of domestic and foreign tourism marts in the coming six months during which the state will also witness a huge influx of tourists as well as various fairs and festivals.

The state is gearing up for the tourism season starting from October 1.
Sources said that Rajasthan tourism will be promoted in six foreign marts across four European and two Asian countries. Additionally, 19 tourism marts will be organized within India during this period.

The diverse tourism offerings in Rajasthan include the iconic Palace on Wheels, wildlife adventures, monumental wonders, wedding tourism, religious pilgrimages, village exploration, medical tourism, and desert escapades.

Advance bookings through travel agents are already flourishing, contributing to the resurgence of the travel trade.
“Rajasthan is set to shine globally with road shows and participation in renowned events in France, Japan, London, Qatar, Spain and Germany,” the sources said.

Furthermore, Rajasthan tourism will engage in 19 domestic tourism marts across India, enhancing its presence and welcoming travelers.
