JAISHANKAR AT THE TOP UN MEET IN DELHI TALKING TERROR!

New Delhi: External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, on Saturday, at the Special Meeting of the Counter-Terrorism Committee (CTC) underlined that the internet and social platforms have become potent instruments in the toolkit of terrorists.

Characterising terrorism as one of gravest threats to humanity, he said," The UN Security Council, in the past 2 decades, has evolved an important architecture, built primarily around the counter-terrorism sanctions regime, to combat this menace. And this has been effective in putting those countries on notice that had turned terrorism into a State-funded enterprise," said Jaishankar adding terrorism as " gravest threats" to humanity.
