Why the Kejri ‘bawal’?

Countries including the US, Germany, and the UN have raised objections to Kejriwal’s arrest, prompting scrutiny over why. India asserts this as an “internal affair,” staunchly opposing foreign intervention.

Diplomatically, respecting the sovereignty and internal affairs of other states is fundamental, particularly among democracies. Failure to do so risks establishing detrimental precedents, undermining the principles of mutual respect and non-interference.
