What is special in 8th anniv of Modi Govt?

New Delhi: Next month, the Narendra Modi government will complete eight years. The third anniversary of his second government is on 30 May. Modi’s second government was formed in May 2019 and in January 2020, the Corona pandemic hit the nation. So, the first and second anniversaries of his second term could not be celebrated. On the occasion of the government’s anniversary in 2020 and 2021, the BJP launched campaigns to help the Corona affected. But this time BJP is preparing to do something new and at a larger scale. However, this time also the government and the BJP have nothing special because there is a crisis of inflation and unemployment and the country’s economy has not fully recovered from Corona.

Despite this, the party leaders are preparing to celebrate the anniversary with pomp this time and right now the theme of this ‘anniversary’ is being discussed. Many senior leaders of the party and two ministers of the government — Anurag Thakur and Rajiv Chandrashekhar — have mulled over it and although no decision could be taken in the first meeting, it is being told that some plans have been made. Whatever be the case, the government’s big publicity campaign will run on this occasion and three issues would be highlighted to the maximum i.e. free vaccine for corona virus, free food grains scheme across the country and BJP’s victory in four states. The entire campaign of the BJP and the government will revolve around these three things.
