Unimpressed, Shah stresses high command to script Raj ‘victory’
Jaipur: In what could be termed as the ‘inside story’ of Amit Shah’s review meeting held in Jaipur on Wednesday night, meeting was held in connection with election preparations in Rajasthan. Nadda and BL Santosh were also present along with Shah in the meeting.
According to sources, this meeting was very important from several points of view. First of all, Amit Shah raised questions regarding the feedback given to him regarding the success of Parivartan Yatra and the crowd? Amit Shah did not seem satisfied with the feedback given by the big leaders present in the meeting regarding the assessment of the crowd.
Shah advised to move ahead from Sanchore on the issue of crowd and advised the present leaders to work according to ground realities. Feedback was taken from all the leaders on the assessment of 60-70 seats and detailed discussion was held with Vasundhara Raje, GS Shekhawat, Arun Singh, CP Joshi and Rajendra Rathore.
After the meeting, both Vasundhara and Gajendra Singh came out together smiling and now there is discussion about this smile in the political circles of Rajasthan, because before this review meeting, both of them had about one and a half hour long meeting.
According to observers, Amit Shah returned to Delhi with this impression that ‘StiIl all is not well’ in Rajasthan BJP. Therefore, a little disappointed, Amit Shah said that all decisions should be taken from Delhi.
