The MLA put his foot on the AEN’s neck and pulled his hair, the complaint mentioned

Dholpur: Congress MLA from Bari, Girraj Singh Malinga & six others were booked for assaulting DISCOM officials & making casteist remarks, Dholpur SP Shivraj Meena said. Malinga denied his role saying, “the truth will come out after the investigation.”

In a complaint, AEN Harshadapati alleged that MLA Malinga & others assaulted him & JEN Nitin Gulati on Monday. The MLA threw a chair on the AEN. His accomplices abused & beat them with sticks, they alleged.

According to the FIR, the MLA was upset over removal of a transformer from Mahua Kheda village. After thrashing, the MLA and his accomplices went out of the Corporation office but returned and the MLA put his foot on AEN’s neck and pulled his hair, the complaint mentioned.
