Tributes paid to former MLA Suryakanta Vyas at Geeta Bhawan

Jodhpur: A condolence meeting was organized on Friday at Geeta Bhawan to pay tribute to the late former MLA Suryakanta Vyas. The gathering was attended by prominent leaders and family members, including Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani, who paid respects by offering floral tributes at Vyas’s portrait.

Vyas’s family members, including her son Shivkumar Vyas and daughter Saroj Purohit, were present to receive condolences from the attendees.

Several notable figures attended the meeting, including Cabinet Minister Jogaram Patel, MLA Pabbaram Bishnoi, former Minister Meghraj Lohia, and representatives from various organizations like the Rajasthan High Court Lawyers Association and the All India Maheshwari Mahasabha. BJP leaders, along with former MP Ramnarayan Dudi and RCA’s former president Vaibhav Gehlot, also paid tribute, acknowledging Vyas’s significant contributions to the community and public service.
