Suniel Shetty finally speaks about Athiya-Rahul marriage rumours!

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul have now been dating for around three years and with the array of weddings happening in Bollywood, fans are questioning whether they are next. Rumours about their impending marriage have been making headlines since the beginning of the year but neither the couple nor their close aides have clearly spoken about it. Now Athiya’s father and actor Suniel Shetty has finally broken his silence about his daughter and KL Rahul.

In a recent interview with Radio Mirchi, the actor cleared that nothing has been planned yet. When asked about the rumours, the actor said, “No, nothing has been planned yet!” Previously, Athiya’s younger brother Ahan Shetty had also dismissed the rumours during an interview with Dainik Bhaskar, as he stated, “As far as the wedding is concerned, there are no arrangements being made. There is no such ceremony, these are all rumours. When there is no wedding, how can we give you a date?”

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul have never publicly spoken about their relationship, but have not shied away from sharing some mushy photos on their Instagram feed. The couple also made their official red-carpet debut as they appeared hand in hand for the premiere of Ahan Shetty’s debut film ‘Tadap’.
