State Govt extends CET score validity to 3 years
Jaipur: The Rajasthan government has annulled nine newly created districts and three divisions, which were established by the previous Congress government. Minister Patel criticized the political nature of the decisions, highlighting the lack of planning and resources.
A Cabinet subcommittee and expert committee, chaired by retired IAS officer Dr. Lalit K Panwar, conducted a thorough review. As a result, three districts— Malpura, Sujangarh, and Kuchaman City—and divisions in Banswara, Pali, and Sikar have been dissolved. However, eight districts—Phalodi, Balotara, Kotputli-Behror, Khairthal-Tijara, Beawar, Deeg, DidwanaKuchaman, and Salumber—will remain, with resources allocated for administrative infrastructure.
