Sonu Sood reacts to Ranveer Singh’s nude photoshoot and its backlash

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Ranveer Singh made everyone stop in their tracks and peek when he posed naked for Paper magazine. Showing off a side of him that he usually masks with funky and over-the-top clothes, Ranveer chose to bare it all this time. But his decision was received with a lot of flak from people. The entertainment industry proved their loyalty to each other after they took his side amid the backlash. Now, even Sonu Sood has joined the bandwagon as he came in support of the actress.

During a recent interview with Pinkvilla, the Dabangg actor said that it is an individual’s choice to do such photoshoots. He added that in the world that we live in today, a lot of people point fingers at you when you do something like that. But then, one has to be ready to take on the criticism.

Ranveer Singh even faced legal trouble recently after his photoshoot went viral. The actor was booked for violating women’s modesty and hurting the sentiments of women. After that, several actors, including Arjun Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Vidya Balan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and others came in support of the actor and called it an individual choice to do something like that.

After his photo shoot, Ranveer even got an invitation from PETA to join their nude photo campaign for persuading people to choose vegan food choices.
