SMILE, PLEASE!

Bengaluru: The Pragyan rover on Wednesday morning clicked a photograph of the Vikram lander with the help of its navigation camera, the ISRO said on X along with the caption “Smile, please!”. “Pragyan Rover clicked an image of Vikram Lander. The ‘image of the mission’ was taken by the Navigation Camera onboard the Rover (NavCam). NavCams for the Chandrayaan-3 Mission are developed by the Laboratory for ElectroOptics Systems (LEOS),” ISRO posted on X. C-3 lander and rover have completed about half their designed life on the lunar surface, sending in scientific data everyday in the past week.
