Secondphase of allotment commences!

Jaipur: The second phase of allotment of institutional properties built in the Coaching Hub developed by the Rajasthan Housing Board at Pratap Nagar in Jaipur began on Wednesday. Out of total 140 institutional properties built in five towers, 37 have been allotted through lottery in the first phase. Now in the second phase, the work of online registration for allotment of 103 institutional properties has started. RHB Commissioner Pawan Arora said that on the very first day, a lot of enthusiasm was seen among the coaching operators for the allotment of coaching premises (institutional properties). “8 coaching institutes including Utkarsh, SAMAST, SSGD visited the Coaching Hub on Wednesday. For convenience of applicants, a help desk has been set up at Coaching Hub premises, where personnel from the Marketing Branch of the Board are available to provide necessary information to the coaching operators & assist in registration,” Arora said.
