Samantha Ruth Prabhu to make her big Bollywood debut opposite a big Bollywood star!

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Samantha Ruth Prabhu is a name that every film fanatic knows. She has delivered beautiful performances through several projects, be it her huge career in the Telugu film industry or her Hindi break with Amazon Prime’s ‘The Family Man’. Now, fans are waiting with bated breath for her big Bollywood debut and are eager to know the actor she will star with. The wait is over as intel report that Samantha will make a grand entry into Bollywood with Ayushmann Khurrana.

The film will be helmed by Dinesh Vijan and will be a commercial entertainer. PeepingMoon reported that the actress has been receiving several scripts for her Hindi debut but she is being careful to choose the projects that excite her as an actor. Vijan’s vision appealed to the actress and hence she chose to take it up as her debut film. A source close to the development was quoted saying, “She has been offered dozens of films and web shows, but only a few of them could titillate her even for consideration. Dinesh Vijan’s film is one of the most exciting scripts Samantha has come across, and there is no way she could have passed it on. It’s a perfect Bollywood launch for Samantha as she will be playing the central character in the film alongside Ayushmann Khurrana in a parallel lead.”

Samantha received immense praise for her role as Rajji in the action thriller series ‘The Family Man’. Starring alongside some big names such as Manoj Bajpayee, Samantha started contemplating entering Bollywood after the series was a success. Otherwise, the actress has a very successful career in the South film industry with some of the biggest hits under her belt. She has been a part of the film industry for over a decade now.
