RHB’s golden run continues unabated!

Jaipur: Rajasthan Housing Commissioner Pawan Arora informed on Wednesday that even after the record turnover of Rs.6 thousand crore in the last financial year, the flight of Rajasthan Housing Board is continuing unabated. Notably, in the first two Wednesdays of the new financial year, under the ebid submission scheme, the Board has sold 216 properties in the state and earned a revenue of Rs 35 crores.

He said that from this Wednesday itself, 554 houses of Dwarkapuri apartment located in Pratap Nagar of Jaipur were added in the e-bid submission. “Of these, 462 flats were of 1 BHK and 92 flats were of 2 BHK.

There was a tremendous trend of people buying flats in this apartment and on Wednesday, 70 flats were sold. It is worth mentioning that the AIS Residency Scheme for All India Service Officers is coming up near this apartment and NRI Scheme is already located here. 1 BHK flats are available in this apartment for just Rs.6 lakhs.

The interesting thing is that out of this amount, only 10 per cent of the amount is to be deposited for possession,” Arora said. The Housing Commissioner said that under the e-bid submission scheme, 3 thousand 234 surplus houses of Kudi Bhagtasani and Vivek Vihar Yojna of Jodhpur were made available for sale with a discount of 50 per cent from this Wednesday itself.

Both these housing schemes saw a very good response and on Wednesday 50 houses were sold. It is noteworthy that recently, the Housing Commissioner visited Jodhpur and reviewed the unsold houses under Kudi Bhagtasani Yojna.

It was decided by the Board to provide 2,160 houses here at a discount of 50 percent. The commissioner said, “From this Wednesday, 3 thousand 694 houses were added by the division at a huge discount of 50 per cent in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota and Ajmer.

For the sale of these houses, helpdesks were established by the Board in the respective schemes, and a huge crowd of people approached these helpdesks.” The commissioner said that the earnest money of unsuccessful applicants of the e-bid submission scheme will be returned within 72 hours.

Meanwhile, 109 properties were sold in Jaipur circle first, second and third, due to which RHB generated a revenue of Rs.21.15 crore. In Jodhpur circle first and second, 67 properties were sold, due to which the Board received a revenue of Rs.9.28 crore while in Kota circle 5 properties were sold, due to which the Board got revenue of RS 23 lakh.
