Ranveer Singh becomes SRK’s neighbour after buying Rs 119 crore luxury quadruplex

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Ranveer Singh has joined the league of celebrities that own a house near the Bandstand area in Bandra West. Neighbouring Shah Rukh Khan, the Jayeshbhai Jordaar actor has bought a luxury sea-view quadruplex flat in the super-premium residential tower Sagar Resham for Rs 119 crore. The documents of the deal accessed by IndexTap show this to be one of the most expensive deals for residential apartments anywhere in the country.

It was bought from Enorm Nagpal Realty LLP by a firm called Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, headed by actor Ranveer Singh Bhavnani and his father Jugjeet Sundersingh Bhavnani. Both signed two separate agreements to complete the transaction and paid total stamp duty worth Rs 7.13 crore. Bought at the price of Rs 1 lakh per sq ft according to the ongoing property rates in the area, the apartment is spread across the 16^th, 17^th, 18^th and 19^th floors of the building totalling to 11,266 sq ft of carpet area along with a 1,300 sq ft exclusive terrace.

Abhishek Kiran Gupta, the CEO and co-founder of CRE Matrix & Indextap said, “Bandra-Juhu belt has been the favourite among tinsel town. Therefore, we are not surprised by this transaction. The Bandstand location is especially the most sought after, with the likes of superstars Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan, residing in the vicinity. This deal was concluded at just over a ₹1 lakh per sq. ft. rate, as the property, comes along with a spacious terrace and several car parks further augmenting the luxury deal.”
