Ranbir Kapoor reacts on whether he is having twins with Alia Bhatt

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are going to be parents soon and this has excited friends, family and fans extremely. Everyone is eagerly waiting to see Alia and Ranbir step into their new roles as parents and the couple talking about this new phase during interviews seems to increase the anticipation.

Recently, while playing a segment during the promotions of his upcoming film Shamshera, Ranbir was asked to share two truths and one lie. The actor answered that he will soon be seen in a big mythological film, he will go on a long break and he will have twins.

This raised the question of whether Ranbir and Alia will soon have twins. Many fans even settled on the theory and have raised speculations on if they will be same-gendered or not. Reacting to the rumours started by his answer, Ranbir said, “Don’t create controversy. They asked me to state three things: two truths and a lie. Now I can’t reveal what is the truth, and what is the lie.”

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt fell in love on the sets of their upcoming film Brahmastra in 2018 and tied the knot in April 2022. The couple announced their pregnancy in June this year with an adorable photo of them during their sonography test. Ranbir is currently promoting Shamshera, starring Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt as well. Directed by Karan Malhotra, Shamshera will release on July 22.
