RAJ CONG GEARS UP FOR PREZ POLL

New Delhi: Rajasthan ministers and MLAs of Congress party gathered in Delhi on Wednesday. Of these, 50 ministers-MLAs have been made proposers of opposition party’s candidate Yashwant Sinha in the presidential election. State Congress Committee President Govind Singh Dotasra called all the ministers, MLAs, MLA candidates and board and corporation chairman to AICC Headquarters in Delhi at 4 pm after which a photo session was conducted.

For the purpose CM Ashok Gehlot, PCC Chief Govind Singh Dotasra, Former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot, Minister Shanti Dhariwal, BD Kalla, Pratap Singh Khachariawas, Mamta Bhupesh, Shakuntala Rawat, Pramod Jain Bhaya, Govindram Meghwal, Subhash Garg, Bhajanlal Jatav, Deputy Chief Whip Mahendra Choudhary along with several ministers and MLAs reached AICC.

Meanwhile, minister Pratap Singh Khachariawas said that he has also become a proposer in the presidential election. “50 ministers and MLAs of Rajasthan have signed as proposers. Most of the senior leaders of the Congress Party of the country and the state are present in Delhi,” he said.
