Pregnant girl found in Agra, Child Welfare Commission takes notice

Agra: On the occasion of Mother’s Day on May 8, a minor is wandering for justice on the doorstep of the law bearing a child in her stomach. No one knows what will be the future of this minor girl, what will happen to that unborn child in her womb? However, the Children’s Commission has taken cognizance of the matter and has directed the CMO for a health check-up and the police to take appropriate action.

According to the information, on April 30, a 16-year-old minor girl was found lying unconscious on the roadside in an intoxicated state in Sikandra and was rushed to a hospital for treatment.

Police, Women Welfare Dept issue different statements SSP Sudhir Kumar issued a statement saying that the youth living in his neighborhood had coaxed the girl into a relationship.

Instructions have been issued to file a case against the neighboring youth.

However, Chairperson of the Women’s Welfare Department, Monika Singh however said that, it has come to the fore that her brother used to have a forcible relationship with her.
