Patwari booked for raping woman in return of housing scheme sanction

Barmer: Offering sanction of a house under PM housing scheme, a Patwari had raped a woman in Barmer. Accused was repeatedly making obscene video calls to the victim.

Recently victim had recovered one obscene video call and lodged the complaint against the accused. On basis of the complaint and video, police has booked the accused.

Incident has been reported from Sedwa police station area in Barmer. Jetharam, SHO at Sedwa police station said that victim approached the police with complaint and video evidence alleging that a Patwari had raped her and now blackmailing her.
