Our govt took initiatives to benefit all sections of society: CM Baghel

Raipur: Bharat24’s ‘Vision of New Chhattisgarh’ based on the theme of ‘Badhta Chhattisgarh, Ubharta Chhattisgarh,’ held at Hotel Sayaji, Raipur on Wednesday evening was a remarkable evening, which drew forth political analysis and in-depth conversations with topnotch political leaders, in the state which will be going in for elections this year.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, BJP National V-P & ex CM Dr Raman Singh, Dy CM TS Singh Deo, Food Minister Amarjeet Bhagat, BJP leader Brij Mohan Agarwal, Parliamentary Secretary Vikas Upadhyay, Komal Upendi from AAP and many other political leaders participated at the ‘Vision of the new Chattisgarh’ Conclave.

Dr Jagdeesh Chandra, CEO and Editor-in-Chief known for his distinctive oratory style, offered insightful comments for CM Baghel’s accomplishments in a no-holds barred speech which also touched upon the political situation in the state, eliciting a smile from Baghel himself. Anchor Poornima Mishra engaged CM Baghel in a candid conversation, addressing various issues, including Sanatan values and education reforms via Atmanand School.

Baghel also candidly responded to opposition allegations, asserting that the BJP had done little for farmers during their 15-year tenure, whereas his government had championed a range of initiatives to benefit all sections of society, particularly farmers and cattle herders.

Former CM Dr Raman Singh in a conversation with Anchor Priya Sinha stated that the BJP doesn’t pre-announce their Chief Ministerial selection and criticized the previous Congress government for insufficient road construction and inadequate support prices for farmers. On the topic of liquor prohibition, Singh humorously pointed out the Congress’s change of stance.

Regarding the Aam Aadmi Party’s prospects in Chhattisgarh, Singh dismissed the notion of AAP’s ascendancy. He also questioned the opposition to Sanatan values, highlighting the cultural significance of these beliefs in India. Singh also claimed that BJP will win about 55 seats in the assembly elections this time.

The event commenced with a reporter meet attended by Chhattisgarh journalists, aiming to elevate the Bharat24 channel’s prominence. CBO Manoj Jagyasi, Editor Input Parivesh Vatsayayan, Consulting Editor Sandeep Mishra, and State Head Vinay Verma were also present at the conclave which was skilfully moderated by Priya Sinha.
