Minor missing in Nahargarh: Kin files habeas corpus in HC

Jaipur: In a case related to the disappearance of a minor in Nahargarh forest, his father has filed a habeas corpus petition in the High Court. The HC bench may hear the petition in the next three to four days.

The petition has made DGP, Home Secretary, ADG Anti-Human Trafficking, Dy Commissioner of Police, Jaipur City North and Shastri Nagar SHO as parties.

Petitioner Suresh Chand Sharma has requested for an appropriate action in the matter and to present his son Rahul Parashar before the court.
