LAUNCHED BHARAT24 VISION OF NEW INDIA

New Delhi: Bharat24 - Vision of New India, the national Hindi news channel was launched on Sunday by Anurag Thakur, Union Minister of Information & Broadcasting and Sports & Youth Affairs. At the simple and heartfelt ceremony, Anurag Thakur launched the channel and wished all the best to the team. “I congratulate Jagdeesh Chandra and the entire team of Bharat24 on this new venture. The media is the fourth pillar of democracy and should work as a bridge between the government and the public and I am sure Bharat24 will execute this responsibility with utmost seriousness,” he said.

CEO and Editor-inchief Jagdeesh Chandra conveyed his gratitude to the Union Minister for sparing his time for the launch and said, “We assure the Minister that Bharat24 will reflect the aspirations of the youth, the multi-polarity of Emerging India and shall work as a bridge between our audience and the government.”

Bharat24- Vision of New India, is available on all major DTH & Cable platforms, marking a pan-India presence with the best possible reach. The channel may be the latest entrant in the National News environment, but political and media pundits predict that it shall soon be among the most watched Hindi news channels. Managing Editor Ajay Kumar, Chief Business Officer Manoj Jagyasi, Senior Editor Syed Umar, Senior Anchors Mimansa Malik, Sachin Arora, Naina Yadav & Poornima Mishra, Editorial Consultant Shashikant Sharma, Political Editor Aditi Nagar and others were present during the launch. Amit Malviya, In-charge BJP National IT dept & co-incharge West Bengal, Director First India News Virendra Choudhary, Sunil Ramdas Agarwal, Chairman Droupadi Ramdas Agarwal Foundation and Ramesh Lamba were the special guests on the occasion.
