Nadbai/Jamwaramgarh: Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma expressed deep concern over the escalating incidents of murder, theft, and robbery in State. Addressing a gathering in Nadbai during his election tour, He highlighted the alarming lack of safety for women in the state and drew attention to the higher prices of electricity, petrol, & diesel in Rajasthan compared to Assam. During another public meeting in Jamvaramgarh, Sarma criticized Rahul Gandhi, asserting that while Gandhi makes promises but there is no guarantee of their fulfillment. He accused Congress of announcing policies for coming to power, describing the past five years as a rule of corruption by Congress govt. He held the Gehlot government responsible for the high petrol prices. Sarma said that if the BJP forms the govt in Rajasthan, people will get petrol for Rs 100 per litre
