KRK's recent arrest causes a meme fest on social media; netizens say Bollywood is happy while boycott gang is upset

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Kamal Rashid Khan was arrested under various Indian Penal Code sections including 153 (wantonly giving provocation with intent to cause riot) and 500 (punishment for defamation), and provisions of the Information Technology Act, a police officer informed. Although the concrete reason behind is yet to be disclosed, but they are supposedly related to his 2020 tweets disregarding the death of Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan.

KRK’s arrest has had a mixed reaction from the netizens who are in two minds about the situation. But it surely did give social media users a variety of memes that range from funny to somewhat insulting. The memes also take a dig at the divided community of the pro-Bollywood boycott team and the rest of the world.
